VIP - Cancel Subscription - Android - Google Play Store

To cancel a subscription that was purchased through Google Play, please do the following:

  • From your mobile device, locate and select the ‘Play Store’ app icon
  • Once in the Play Store, select the menu icon at the top left corner of the screen to open up the side menu
  • Select ‘Account’
  • Select ‘Subscriptions’
  • Locate the subscription and select ‘Cancel’
  • You will then be asked to confirm the cancellation. Select the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button

After selecting cancel, you’ll see a confirmation message informing you that the subscription has been canceled.
