Pets - Unlock a Pet Mobile Web
If you'd like to release a Pet you own from a Lock, please follow these steps:
- Select the arrow menu icon on the Pet you wish to unlock
- From the menu that appears on the screen, select ‘Unlock this pet’
- You will then be asked to confirm if you would like to unlock the pet. Select ‘Yes’ to complete the action.
If you are currently under a Pets lock, you can release this lock by following these steps:
- Select the arrow menu icon on your Pets profile card
- From the menu that appears on the screen, select 'Unlock myself'
- You will then be asked to confirm if you would like to unlock yourself. Select 'Yes' to complete the action.
Please remember you can only unlock a Pet you own and that you have locked yourself. Players are not able to unlock a Pet owned by another player.
