Why was Pets removed from the iOS app?

Unfortunately, the current version of Pets falls outside of the App Store’s guidelines.  Pets was removed from the app while we work on changes to comply with all guidelines.  In the meantime, you can continue to play on your iPhone by visiting m.tagged.com

Is Pets going away?

Pets is still here! You can access Pets from your mobile device or your desktop computer.

Is my account still active? / Do I need to create a new account?

Your account remains active until canceled. If you need help accessing your account, click the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the sign-in page or submit a request to our Support Team.

How do I access my account?

You can access your account by visiting our mobile website, desktop website, or through our Android app. Just enter your login information as normal. If you forgot your password, click the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login page.

What happens to the gold I purchased?

Unconverted gold will remain on an account until it is used. So, if you have any, it will still be there to use at your leisure.

How do I purchase gold?

Users can purchase gold from the iOS app by visiting the LUV page. However, we do offer purchasing options from the website on your mobile device as well.

What happens to the Pets I currently own?

Any Pets you currently own are still on your list. However, these Pets can still be purchased at any time, so check your Pets Feed for updates.

What happens to my Cash, Value, and Assets in Pets?

Your Cash, Value, and Assets will remain intact. Values never decrease, while Cash and Assets will update whenever a Pet is bought or sold. Check your Pets Feed for updates to your Pets list.

Will this affect Rankings, Standings, or Achievements in Pets?

As long as you remain qualified for Rankings you’ll find your position intact. Standings and Achievements will continue to garner points as well
