Report Abuse: The best way to report a user is to click ‘Report Abuse’ next to the specific item that violates our Terms of Service. Reporting the specific message, comment, status or photo shows us the specific content that violates our Terms of Service and allows for us to take action more quickly.


To Report another user while using hi5 app:


- While viewing either the Profile of a user, an image of the User's or a Message from a user

- Tap the app  'Menu' button (the three vertical 'dots' in the upper right)

- Tap the diamond icon with an exclamation point in it to report abuse.

- Select the Reason for your report

- Provide a specific description of the issue, or follow the instructions provided to Report Abuse

- Select 'Submit' to finish your report


To Report another user on the hi5.com website:


- Click on the user's profile picture to view their profile

- To the left of the user's profile picture are a list of options

- Click 'Report Abuse'

- Provide a specific description of the issue, or follow the instructions provided to Report Abuse

- Select 'Submit' to finish your report
