How can I request a refund?
To request a refund for unspent Gold or your newly purchased Premium subscription, please contact us directly at support@tagged.com with the following information:
- Date of purchase
- Payment Method (iTunes, Google Play Store, or PayPal)
- Transaction ID for the purchase or PayPal email address used to complete the purchase
We will then investigate your purchase and determine if it’s eligible for a refund.
