Edit / Change Email Settings / Preferences

Don't want to receive email notifications from hi5 anymore?

Follow these steps to unsubscribe to hi5 emails:

  1. Select “Account” from the top navigation bar, then “Settings”.
  2. Select the "Email Preferences" tab.
  3. You’ll then see a list of all notification types. Select "block" in each category you want to unsubscribe from. 

Note: If you choose to unsubscribe to all hi5 emails, you will no longer receive email alerts for friend invites, messages, comments, tags, etc. You will continue to receive alerts on the site. Some email types, such as content approval/rejection, notifications involving Gold transactions, reset password and other important account emails CANNOT be blocked.
