Did Not Receive Earned Gold - Mobile App

The offers you see available on our apps are run by a third party company called Fyber. 

The easiest way to receive assistance with your earn gold offers is to contact Fyber directly. Please try contacting Fyber via their support contact by doing the following: 

  • From the 'Earn Gold' page, select the '?' link located in the upper right of the screen.
  • Locate the specific offers that you did not receive the gold for and select the 'Report' button on the bottom right to contact Fyber support directly.
  • Fill out the form with the requested information. 

If you have already contacted Fyber and have not received a response, we’ll be happy to reach out to them on your behalf however we ask that you please send us some additional information. When emailing us at support@tagged.com, please be sure to include the following information:

  • The name of the offer.
  • The time and date of your attempt to complete the offer.
  • The amount of gold the offer was worth.
  • Your Fyber User ID number.

Once we receive this information we’ll be able to help!
