In order to place a pet you own under lock, please follow these steps:
- Locate the pet -- this can be from your Pets List, or by visiting that pet's page
- Select the 'lock' icon to the right of the pet's profile photo
- Select the length of time you desire
- Select to confirm
Now the pet is under lock cannot be bought until the lock expires OR is lifted!
Please remember we're unable to offer reimbursements if the lock is lifted prior to expiration.
